GBI have tried to cancel my subscription but have still been charged months later
I emailed supplements@healthoptimisation.com on 31st October asking to cancel my subscription as I still had 2 full packs but noticed my credit card was charged again yesterday. I can't find any other email address or phone number to contact anyone. I can't find any other way to contact the company other than to fill in this review. Please will you cancel my order and refund the money. Thank you

This is the first time I have used products by this company and I’m so impressed by the Collagen the last one I used by another company, flared up my Auto Immune so I know the company lied that they tested the product for heavy metals as I’m sensitive to heavy metals. I will order more from this company… although your shipping needs looking into as it took over a week for delivery.

Can I get all the vitamins and minerals I need from food?
It’s important to start with a nutrient-dense diet, then supplement specific nutrients according to your needs and goals.
Unfortunately, our food doesn’t have the same nutrients that our grandparents’ food did. Do you manufacture your own products?
