What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, and PayPal.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. However we exclude the following countries due to the high import tax and customs: India, Brazil, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, South Korea, Vietnam and Thailand. If you do wish to order from one of these countries, please contact our customer service so we can find the best solution for you. We also warn that import tax and customs duties could be high for the following countries: Myanmar, Bonaire, North Korea, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Bouvet Island, Yemen, Antarctica, American Samoa, Kosovo, Sudan. Health Optimisation Supplements ltd is not liable for payment of import tax or customs.

When will I receive my order?

Within Europe, orders placed by 2pm on a working day will be received usually within two days. Orders placed on a non-working day are shipped the next working day. For non-European deliveries, we use UPS, DPD or DHL depending on the country and size of your order.

How do I update my payment information?

Simply login to your account (top right corner of the website), and you can update your payment info right there, as well as shipping info, subscriptions, and more.

Which postage or courier service do you use?

All European orders are shipped by UPS and delivery time is 3-6 days. For non-European deliveries, we use UPS, DPD or DHL, depending on the country and size of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes – once your order is shipped we’ll send you an email with a link to track your delivery.

What’s your return policy?

If you’re not happy, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund minus shipping and handling.

How do the subscriptions work?

We created the subscriptions to save you money – and from that dreaded moment when you stare into an empty tub! Simply choose the length of your subscription, and your order will automatically renew every month on the same date. Best yet, you’ll never run out of your favourite product again.

Is there a minimum term for subscriptions?

You can choose either 3 or 6 months, but rest assured you can cancel any time (although we don’t think you’ll want to!).

Will I receive an automatic email before my subscription is shipped?

You will indeed – we’ll email you when we dispatch your items so you can get excited.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Simply email us and let us know that you want to amend or cancel your subscription. We will take it from there. Please note that if you want to make any changes or cancel your subscription, you need to let us know a minimum of 5 working days before your renewal order is due.

Can I get all the vitamins and minerals I need from food?

It’s important to start with a nutrient-dense diet, then supplement specific nutrients according to your needs and goals. 


Unfortunately, our food doesn’t have the same nutrients that our grandparents’ food did. We live in a toxic world full of chemicals and pesticides, modern farming practices deplete the soil, and many people experience sluggish digestion and poor absorption issues, which all cause nutrient deficiencies. 

Supplements don’t make up for a junk diet, high stress, or lack of sleep. The clue is in their name: they’re a supplement to your diet, and they can provide you with critical nutrients so that you can optimise your health and perform at your best.

Do you manufacture your own products?

Absolutely. One of our aims is to have the highest quality, cleanest supplements available so that you don’t need to check the label (but probably still will). The only way for us to do this, was to create our own from scratch. 


We don’t believe in buying pre-made supplements and simply sticking our branding on. This is how the majority of supplements are made – they’re poor quality, won’t move the needle on your health, and you deserve more.

Can I recycle your packaging?

Absolutely! All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. 

What’s the best way to store your products?

Where all your friends can see them. Our products are best stored somewhere dry, away from direct sunlight – cupboards are ideal.

Do I take my supplements with meals or between meals?

It varies between each product, and you can find detailed usage information on each product page.

Are your products safe for professional athletes?

They’re not only safe, they’re brilliant for athletes. We don’t use anything on WADA or other banned lists.

Is everything in the capsule listed on the label?

Yes – we include absolutely everything. When there’s nothing to hide, you put it all on show. 

Do your products contain common allergens like gluten?

We’re proud to say that all our products are free from gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, titanium dioxide, and magnesium stearate.

What is the source of your vegetable capsules?

Our capsules are made from Hydroxypropyl cellulose and therefore vegan

Which sweeteners do you use?

We only use stevia and xylitol (birch sugar), which are natural sweeteners. We will never use any sneaky sugar alcohols (like sorbitol and mannitol) or sucralose which wreak havoc on many people’s guts.
