I wanted a high quality vitamin D supplement that I could use for the whole family (adults and children), and this one is perfect. I have two sons aged 11 and 14 and wanted a way that I could supplement their vitamin D levels over the winter months to support their immune system. Can I get all the vitamins and minerals I need from food?
It’s important to start with a nutrient-dense diet, then supplement specific nutrients according to your needs and goals.
Unfortunately, our food doesn’t have the same nutrients that our grandparents’ food did.
